Returns

Hilka Guarantees all it’s products to be free from materials and workmanship defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase unless stated otherwise. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by misuse, alteration, accident or repair. This guarantee is only available to the first user with proof of purchase.

Faulty Items

As a consumer: In the unlikely event of faulty items within the 12 month guarantee period, these should be returned to the original retailer along with proof of purchase for a refund or replacement. In the event of a Direct Despatch item being deemed faulty, contact the original retailer who will then make the necessary arrangements with the sales office for a return or replacement.

As a stockist: In the unlikely event of faulty items, these should be returned to our address with full documentation or held for inspection by your area representative. Upon receipt, a credit note will be issued unless a replacement is requested.

Hilka Tools (UK) Ltd does not deal on a Sale or Return basis. Goods will not be accepted for return without prior authorisation by the Area Sales Representative or the Sales Office Supervisor.  Items to be returned must be in a saleable condition, i.e. packed in inner and outer cartons as received, with full documentation enclosed.  Returns which do not comply with this requirement will not be accepted for credit.
