Email sales@hilka.co.uk with your name, account number and email address for logging on to activate your online account.

Simply visit www.hilka.co.uk and click Log in. Use your registered email address and your password.

Go to the Login page and select Forgot password. If you are unsure which email address you registered with, please email us.

From the Account Home page, next to your password (which is obscured for security), click on change.

You will need to contact us to change your registered email address.

Click on Your Account to view account balances, order history, invoices and statements, and access other website features. From this page you can also access all other features of the website.

To request copy invoices and account balance you will need to contact us.

Browse products by category using the menu to the left of each page, or search by keywords using the Search tool at the top right of each page.

If you know the product codes you wish to order, the fastest method of entry is using the QuickAdd feature.

From the Account Home page, select QuickAdd. Enter product codes and quantities, up to six at a time, to add them directly to your basket.

To view a list of products previously purchased from the last 12 or 24 months, select Quick Re-Order from the Account Home page.

Enter a quantity against each product line you wish to re-order and click Add To Basket at the bottom of the list to add all selected lines to your basket.

A wide selection of the Hilka range is available for dispatch directly to your customer.

Direct Delivery ("DD") products are delivered without additional charge.

To raise a DD order, go to Manage your baskets from the Account Home page and select Create a new Direct Dispatch basket.

The available range of products will now be limited to only those available to ship direct, and pricing is updated. Your main basket is not affected, and using the Manage Your Baskets page you can switch between your main stock order and your DD orders.
