motorcycle shocks have a more compact coil than a car shock and thus these spring compressors are not suited for motorcycle coils. A specialist motorcycle coil spring compressor should be used.
Would these compressors be suitable to compress the springs on a transit van as the springs are larger than car springs?
Realistically the spring compressor can open to 24cm, it could potentially push to 25cm but this would mean the end hook would be only partially threaded on, so this is not recommended.
