Are these copper of aluminium cables?

The 3m booster cables are CCA specification which is copper coated aluminium. When we designed these we extensively tested Copper Coated Aluminium (CCA) against full Copper and full Aluminium cables and found CCA to give the same results as full copper cables.

Is the cable 16mm2?

Yes the cables are 16mm2.

Is this product suitable for using on stop/start vehicles?

This product is suitable for vehicles when the battery is flat.
